As Director of RFID & Store Innovation at Gap Inc., I led the enterprise-wide Overhead RFID rollout for Old Navy and all Gap Inc. brands, transforming our store fleet into truly connected retail spaces.

In partnership with RADAR, we deployed AI-powered, ceiling-mounted RFID technology combining UHF RFID, artificial intelligence, and computer vision to track and locate inventory with near-perfect accuracy down to the shelf and second. This empowers store associates with real-time inventory visibility anywhere on the sales floor or in the backroom, vastly accelerating inventory replenishment, streamlining omnichannel store fulfillment (BOPIS and ship-from-store), and eliminating out-of-stock discrepancies.
